Your initial visit is a crucial step on your wellness journey, and we’re dedicated to ensuring your comfort from the start. During this session, we’ll attentively address your concerns, assess your condition, and gather the necessary information to tailor a diagnosis and treatment plan uniquely suited to you.

To optimize your experience, come prepared with details about your medical history, current diagnosis, and a list of past and present medications, including dosage, start dates, and prescribing providers. Arriving 15 minutes early allows time for any required paperwork, streamlining the process.

Can you refill my medication before my next visit?

Requests for changes in medications and refills on existing prescriptions are best handled during your scheduled office visit. Our provider will typically provide prescriptions to last until the next scheduled appointment. We urge you to schedule your follow-up appointment before you conclude your visit so that you do not run out of your medications.

In situations where you must cancel your scheduled appointment for a valid reason, the provider may provide a bridge refill as a one-time courtesy. It may seem inconvenient, but best practice is to manage medications at the time of visit. We want to ensure that you are doing well, and you are getting the correct medications at the correct dose for your health condition.

How do I know if my insurance will cover mental health treatment?

The best way to find out is to contact your insurance company. You can find the customer service number on the back of your insurance card.

What if I need to cancel?

We understand unplanned events may impact your scheduled appointment; however, we ask that you provide us with at least 24-hour notice of appointment cancelation or rescheduling to avoid a $75 late cancellation/No show fee.

Do you offer in-person visits?

We do not offer in-person visits at this time. However, we have plans to offer in-person visits in the future. We only offer Tele visit from the comfort of your home.
